Dee is a registered counsellor with a degree in Counselling and Psychological Science. She provides compassionate, person-centred counselling to adolescents, adults, couples, and families, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Her practice is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy and also draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy. Dee takes a holistic, mind-body approach to healing and wellbeing.

Neurodiversity is a central focus of Dee’s work, shaped by her lived experience and years of professional practice supporting neurodiverse individuals. Dee offers affirming, tailored support to neurodiverse clients. Her work is trauma-informed and guided by principles of safety, curiosity, and respect.

Dee has a strong background in the community and disability sectors and is committed to social justice, accessibility, and empowering clients to build autonomy and resilience.
Outside of work, Dee enjoys reading, running, being in nature with her her dog and spending time with loved ones.
Dee sees clients on Monday, Thursday & Friday.
