Dee is a registered counsellor, she has many years of experience working with marginalised groups in the human rights and community sector.
Dee provides individual counselling to adolescents and adults, relationships counselling and family counselling. She is passionate about supporting people through experiences with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions and relationship issues. She brings a wealth of knowledge in integrating mind and body to assist with healing and achieving wellness.
Dee is passionate about providing a safe space that is free from judgement, where people can explore their thoughts and emotions and navigate difficult circumstances. She assists people to overcome adversity, gain autonomy and accomplish their goals.
Dee is committed to providing person centred care using various therapeutic methods including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
Outside of work, Dee loves spending time with family and friends, reading, walking her dogs and running.

Dee sees clients on Tuesday to Friday with after hours availability.
